Q. Is Cash on Delivery (CoD) available?
A. Absolutely, yes!
We offer CoD! Just drop us a quick message on Instagram to get started.
Heads up, we do ask for a small advance of ₹150, which gets knocked off your final bill. For example, if your order totals ₹1150, you’ll pay ₹150 upfront and the rest—₹1000—when your package arrives. Easy-peasy!
Q. Why do we charge ₹150 in advance for CoD orders?
A. Great question!
Unfortunately, we’ve had a few too many CoD orders that didn’t get accepted, which caused some serious losses on our end. So, to keep things fair and still offer CoD, we now ask for a small ₹150 advance.
This way, we can cover a bit of the cost and keep CoD available for you! It’s a win-win!
Q. What’s the return and exchange policy?
A. Super simple!
You’ve got 7 days from receiving your order to return or exchange it. There’s a reverse shipping fee of ₹80. For refunds, we’ll give you store credit with no expiry, so you can shop whenever you like!
If there’s a defect, you’ll get a full refund, no worries!

Yep, we deliver everywhere in India! We’re not doing international shipping just yet, but it’s on the way!
Q. I am having trouble finding the size chart. Where is it?
A. No worries!
The size chart is right in the product description, just below the fabric details. Each product might have a slightly different size chart, so it’s always good to double-check.
Q. What size would fit me?
A. Easy!
Just check out the size chart on each product page. Our sizes run a little bigger than most brands, so make sure to peek at the chart for that perfect fit!
Q. When will I get my order?
A. We’re pretty quick!
Orders are processed within 12-48 hours, and most are shipped out within 2 days. Depending on where you are, it can take 2-7 days for your order to reach you, since we ship from Noida (NCR).
Make sure to add your email at checkout for all the shipping updates! And if you’re in a rush, just reach out for urgent or express shipping options (extra charges may apply). We’ve got you covered!
Q. Why was my order cancelled?
A. Oh no!
If your CoD order gets flagged as a Medium to High RTO risk (basically, a higher chance of not being accepted), our team will send you a quick WhatsApp message to confirm. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, we’ll sadly have to cancel the order. But don’t worry—we’ll always try to reach you first!
